The Almaz separator is capable of replacing 2-3 types of machines connected in a technological chain
Operating principle of innovative grain separators "Almaz"
Due to the high resolving power of the machine, it can perform preliminary, primary and secondary cleaning of the pile and simultaneous separation of grain by specific weight (natura) in one pass, selecting biologically valuable, homogeneous grain of ear, cob, basket, having maximum germination energy and growth force.
The separator separates:
The Almaz machine is capable of replacing 2-3 types of machines linked in a technological chain. In the centre of the machine there is a jet high-frequency generator, which is powered by a fan. Specially formed jets of the generator produce force scanning of grain in the grain flow getting into the aerodynamic chamber from the vibrating tray of the loading hopper. Depending on the specific weight of the grain and due to the force scanning of its surface there is a fractional separation of the grain mass.
All dust, husks and straw are carried away by the outlet air stream, so that the fractional bins for the cleaned grain are filled with grain of perfect marketability. The outlet air flow (aspiration) can be discharged into the atmosphere, the precipitation chamber or a cyclone.
The separator separates:
- Stones, sclerotia and heavy impurities
- Whole grain for use as excellent seed material
- Full-grade food grain for food purposes and sale
- Chunky grain and light impurities
- Exhaust air flow with dust, husks and straw
