Technical characteristics

The MC-4/2 model is ideal for small and medium-sized farms, providing grain cleaning and calibration with a capacity of up to 4 tonnes/hour (marketable grain) or 2-3 tonnes/hour (seed). Low power consumption (2.2 kW/hour) and compact dimensions (1600×740×1650 mm, weight 160 kg) allow easy integration of the equipment into existing technological chains. The separator works with any bulk materials: from cereals and legumes to medicinal herbs, preserving the integrity of the grain thanks to patented sieveless aerodynamic technology.

The equipment comes with a 1-year warranty that includes replacement of original components and remote fault diagnosis. Demonstration runs are available for customers on production or online to see the performance before purchase. The MC-4/2 model is already in use in 1000+ farms in Russia and CIS, demonstrating payback in 1 season by reducing losses and improving grain quality. On request, we provide certificates of conformity and technical documentation confirming the safety and reliability of the equipment.

Payment is made in two ways: 100% prepayment or through leasing/credit from our partners, which allows flexible budget allocation. Delivery is organised directly from the manufacturing plant located in Millerovo (Rostov region) worldwide. After payment you receive a full package of documents: contract, certificate of conformity, technical passport and warranty card for 1 year. The warranty includes replacement of original components, remote diagnostics and support from the service centre.
