Looking for a reliable, efficient, multi-functional, versatile crop cleaner?

Sieveless aerodynamic machine ‘Almaz’ - for obtaining high quality seed and food grain, increasing yield up to 30-35%.

The machine ‘Almaz’ embodies a new method of separation, based on the principles of jet technology, and partly, the laws of aerodynamics, which allows to separate the source material by specific weight with high accuracy.
Functions, which are performed by machines, standing in one technological line, both domestic and foreign production in the number of up to 3- 4 units, - all embodied in the machine ‘Almaz’. The machine is able to clean and separate seeds by specific weight into independent fractions in one pass, heavy impurities (stones, sclerotia) fall into the first, seeds with the highest specific weight fall into the 2nd and 3rd, and seeds with the lowest specific weight fall into the 4th and 5th.
The Diamond machine has these advantages:

  • does not traumatise the grain. The cleaning and separation process takes place in the air stream WITHOUT the use of the grinder.
  • low energy consumption. Almaz separating machines consume from 2.2 to 37.25 kW, depending on the capacity of the machine;
  • reliability and durability due to simple design. The simplicity of construction, absence of complex kinematic schemes, lubrication points determine reliability and durability of Almaz machines;
  • high economic efficiency of operation. Machines ‘Almaz’ do not require expensive qualified periodic maintenance, operating materials, there is no need to select and replace the grids for each crop, in a thorough and many hours of cleaning the machine after each crop;
  • is able to process products of any moisture and contamination;
Almaz machines have high technological capabilities. They are capable of:

  • separate the wheat and barley mixture (up to 60 per cent in one pass);
  • from wheat of class 5 select grains of class 3 and 4 (if present);
  • pick out peas damaged by bruchus;
  • separate rotten maize from healthy (dry) maize;
  • select grains affected by turtle bug, weevil;
  • is able to process both small-seeded crops (alfalfa, poppy, rape), oats, barley, wheat, maize, peas, soya and other crops, and bulk materials.
  • clean the wheat grain from oats, oats;
  • when separating grain in the air stream, simultaneously dry it (up to 2% per pass);
  • select the most viable (biologically valuable) and productive grains from the total mass;
  • increase the class of the grain mass (by selecting the fodder fraction and bringing it to the condition of marketable grain);
  • to work as a sieve in cereal mills, dividing the groats into fractions by size, at the same time beating off flour and giving the groats a high marketable appearance.
