How can you increase your yield by up to 35% with our separators?

The ALMAZ machine allows to prepare high quality seed of any agricultural crops from small seeds (alfalfa, poppy, rape, grass seeds) to corn, soybean, peas, due to the selection of seeds in the air flow by specific weight, surface roughness and geometry of the source material, thanks to which you get:

The effect of using the ALMAZ grain cleaning machine can be seen in a real-life example:
Let's take a farmer from Rostov region with 1000 hectares of land.
The farm pursues the goal of reducing production costs and increasing profitability.
After an audit, it turned out that one of the main items of expenditure is seeds (purchase, storage and sowing costs, etc.). The average seeding rate is 220 kg of seeds per 1 ha.
We went the experimental way - we decided to prepare seeds from our own material - tested on our own field.
After harvesting, the seeds were prepared on a double-aspiration treater and the second part on a grain cleaning machine ALMAZ.

Results: laboratory germination after the grating machine - 95%, after "ALMAZ" - 96%.

Tested germination in the field and got:
Field germination after grating machine - maximum - 74%. Field germination after seed preparation on the separator "ALMAZ", maximum - 95%.
Thus, out of 220 kg of seeds received after the grating machine, 163 kg will germinate; after preparation of seed material on the ‘ALMAZ’ separator, 209 kg will germinate.
Here is the first factor of cost price reduction - due to increase of seed germination - reduction of seeding rate, and as a consequence, reduction of storage, dressing and sowing costs.

Next, let's do a simple mathematical calculation:
Seeds that did not sprout (57 kg/ha) - under-received harvest and, as a consequence, under-received profit of the enterprise.
The average yield of wheat in Rostov region is 35t/ha. At seeding rate of 220 kg/ha we get 3500 kg of wheat, i.e. for 1 kg of seed - 16 kg of yield.
Under-received yield -57kg of seed (which did not sprout) *16kg= 912kg per 1ha!
Thus on 1000 ha our farmer loses 1000 ha*912kg*10 rub=9,120,000.00 rub!!! with a seeding rate of 220 kg and work on a grating machine!!!!
